Cooling towers, closed loops, and boilers for commercial and industrial facilities across the Houston metro. Doug Moore handles every account personally. Written report after every call. No junior technicians.
Choose Your Program
Doug handles everything. Monthly on-site service visits, full water chemistry testing and treatment, written service report after every visit, evaporation credit monitoring for qualifying cooling tower facilities.
Program name pending Doug's confirmation.
Doug trains your maintenance staff to handle routine monthly visits. He returns quarterly for expert oversight and a written evaluation report. Priced lower than Total Care. Built for facilities with capable maintenance staff who want senior-level backup without the monthly service cost.
Included in Both Programs
After every service visit — Doug's or your team's — you receive a written report in plain language. What was done. What was found. What to watch for. Not numbers for chemists.
Doug answers on the second ring. If he's on-site in a loud plant, he'll text immediately and call the moment he's free. Always within the hour.
If your facility has a qualifying cooling tower, Doug monitors your submeter calibration and tracks every credit under City of Houston Ordinance Sec. 47-129. A single missed month costs $450–$2,750.
If your equipment works, Doug will make it work. He regularly services controllers that are 20+ years old. He won't tell you something is obsolete when it isn't.
Our Guarantee
Doug Moore handles every service visit personally. 32+ years of commercial water treatment experience. Not a route technician. Not a substitute. Doug.
If he's on-site in a loud plant, he'll text immediately and call the moment he steps away. You hear back within the hour, every time.
If scaling occurs on any system under an active Battleground WTS service program, we remediate it at no additional charge.
What to Expect
We use solid chemistry — a fixed monthly cost that doesn’t change based on your water volume. Your number depends on system size and service frequency, and it’s confirmed after your site assessment.
Cooling Tower Programs
Starting at $450 per month
That covers monthly service on a single cooling tower: full chemistry testing and treatment, meter readings, and a written report after every visit. Larger systems and multi-tower sites are quoted after the assessment.
Boilers and closed loops are priced by system and confirmed after the site assessment. If your facility runs a qualifying cooling tower, ask about your City of Houston evaporation credit during the visit. On the accounts Doug services it returns $450 to $2,750 a month, which for many facilities covers the cost of the program itself.
