ABOUT OUR COMPANY

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

Local Water Treatment Professionals

Battleground Water Training Services is a non-profit solution that was begun out of necessity in the pursuit of transparent, high quality water treatment programs for non-profit and multi-site clients. The necessity? Using a multi-site account as an example, one would find a large water treatment company underperforming for their client simply because they could. The solution? Offer the highest level of efficiency, service, and reporting OR train a current member of the client’s staff to do so.

On another note, we also run our own Water Treatment Apprenticeship Program parallel to our efforts for our clients. When you invite Battleground WTS to contribute our constant and unequalled level of service you are also providing a training site for the young people who use our training to progress to great and greater responsibilities.

OUR SERVICES

CHECK OUT WHAT WE’RE GOOD AT

Boiler Water Treatment

Steam generation and system protection are crucial for many of our clients. An uninterrupted supply of steam provided by properly protected and maintained equipment is what you require, and we can help provide.  Regular water treatment should be provided to:

  • Boiler
  • DA Tank (boiler feed water)
  • Condensate

If you are unaware of any one of these protective steps, contact us.

Water Softening Service

A basic but crucial first step in many water treatment regimens. Select condenser water systems are excellent candidates for a softened water program, as well as basic boiler feed water treatment.

Condenser Water Treatment Service (cooling towers)

Every water treatment effort worth its salt concerns itself with the basics; make-up, blowdown and chemical feed. These, and some others, are costs to your cooling needs and finding ways to minimize them is why you need us. There are a number of additional tactics, that every other water treatment concern considers above and beyond, that are quite successful in keeping these costs in check.

They include but are not limited to:

i. Appropriate cycles of concentration
ii. Evaporation credit management
iii. Product inventory control
iv. Proper biocide control

These tactics and the strategy we use to implement them aren’t costly at all, they only require competence and diligence to fine tune your water treatment efforts.

Evaporation Credit Management

  • Sub-meter calibration
  • Meter repair/replacement
  • Evaporation Optimization

Closed Loop Service (chill loops and hot loops)

Your closed loops and their treatment are crucial to system efficiency and protection. The treatment of an individual system is important but can get lost when an account has hundreds of systems. Our treatment and reporting is tailored to suit your particular needs so that system information is available at your fingertips 24/7
