What Happens During the Visit
- ✓Doug walks your cooling towers, closed loops, and boilers. Every reading documented.
- ✓You get a written report in plain language: what was found, what needs attention, what a properly maintained system should look like for your facility.
- ✓If you have a qualifying cooling tower, Doug checks your evaporation credit status. Qualifying facilities are owed $450–$2,750 per month under City of Houston Ordinance Sec. 47-129.
Is this really free?
Yes. No cost, no commitment. You keep the written report regardless of what you decide. Doug doesn't do sales pitches during the visit. If there's a fit, it becomes clear from the report.
What if I already have a water treatment vendor?
Doug will tell you what's working, what isn't, and what a properly managed program should look like for your facility. If your current program is doing the job, he'll say so. Most clients say the first visit is the first time they've understood what's actually happening in their building.
How long does the assessment take?
